Expertise was split between both the Development and the User Experience Teams for the CashPro® Mobile Application, which provides clients with a single global treasury, debit, liquidity, investment, trade and foreign exchange mobile solution. Designed Axure prototypes and documented detailed functionality into wireframes with HTML/CSS to match the visual style guide into modular code.

Working as a UX Designer on the Digital Sku and Local Store Pages projects.

Worked within a customized Six Sigma workflow process as a Web Designer on projects between business units for the Enterprise Infrastructure Services group of the Global Corporate and Investment Bank. Implemented Bank of America specifications for user interface design on stand-alone and wireless applications. Built structure for content management systems including Fatwire, Vignette and Vignette CMS. Active participant on a Rich Internet Application and Web Accessibility workgroups tasked to make recommendations to the Bank's Architecture Review Board for organization implementation and standards.

Designed and maintained the user interface for the Marketing Library Internet using CSS and applying the latest in Web-Standards technology.  The Marketing Library Internet is a subscription-based web application that includes a Standard Edition and a branded Enterprise Edition.  Branding the Enterprise Edition required attention to detail, compliance with the clients’ corporate branding guidelines and addressing their individual marketing needs.  I customized application deployed Email campaigns to ensure they formatted correctly when processed.  Applied my creative skills for customized print collateral projects to ensure cohesion between the clients’ web and print campaigns. Responsible for documentation and maintaining the Marketing Bridge Brand on all company web and print collateral.

Interface Designer

Bridge the critical link between Web Products Development Team and Business Analysts in the design of web-based applications. Utilize business requirements and wireframe specifications to create application interface concepts.  These concepts are put through a review process and upon approval are converted into HTML mockups for developers for implementation, testing and review according to an Agile software development methodology.  Lead Designer on the My Cancer Hub online community responsible for implementation and maintenance of UHG branded theme into online community software.  Lead Designer for a comprehensive activity program serving seven clients.  Prototyped proof of concepts for several online applications presented at quarterly business reviews to Senior Executives.  Collaborated on the HTML and CSS development on the My Optum Health public portal scheduled to launch in June 2008.

Performed as a Web Designer/Developer on the Retail Bank Internet refresh project.  Coded HTML, CSS, and jQuery to the latest web-standards specifications working on a custom-designed grid system.

As a Senior User Interface Developer on the User Interface Design and
Development team, I focus on the build-out of HTML, CSS, and JS across the Ameriprise Financial family of websites while supporting a separation of concerns to support clean, semantic HTML, object-orientated CSS, responsive design techniques and the ability for our business partners to publish their own content. Close coordination is maintained with the team’s application developers to work on service-based components on a platform that is built on a foundation of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap. My workflow involves the creation and maintenance of a pattern library/boilerplate site to maintain cohesive coding practices for all development and a resource for QA testing across each of our sites.
