Senior Interaction Designer

Expedia, Inc. is the world's largest online travel company, with an extensive brand portfolio that includes leading online travel brands, such as: Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz Worldwide, Trivago, Travelocity and the Wotif Group of brands.

As Senior UX/UI Designer, I contribute to the detailed design and development of user experience solutions from project inception, through user and competitive research, concept wire framing, high and low-fidelity testing prototypes and the delivery of high quality, development-ready interface designs and solutions.

Wotif Group operates leading online travel brands in the Asia Pacific region: Wotif.com, lastminute.com.au, travel.com.au, Asia Web Direct, LateStays.com, GoDo.com.au and Arnold Travel Technology, and a network of other travel content and destination websites, such as Phuket.com and Bangkok.com.

In this role, a member of the "User Experience & Innovation"​ (UXI) team, my concentration was on the research, strategy and delivery of design proposals and the prototyping of web and mobile solutions. 

Key projects/achievements:

+ design and front-end development of the rebranded Wotif.com responsive website (http://bit.ly/wtfdec14)
+ design and development of the Wotif.com native iOS app (http://bit.ly/wtfappland)
+ customer checkout flow design on godo.com.au
+ lastminute.com.au mobile web solution for hotels, flights and car hire, and 
+ responsive EDM design and development across all top Wotif Group brands including Wotif.com, lastminute.com.au and travel.com.au.
