My responsibilities by orders.
Managing the entire hiring process across divisions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. Being able to improve efficiency for the HR Manager and senior recruiters by delivering a shortlist of the top 5-7 candidates for each role after interviews.
Using diverse sourcing strategies (Boolean search / LinkedIn search / Job boards) to identify candidates for multiple roles, primarily through seminars and university events, resulting in faster turnaround times and reduced hiring costs (as detailed in Q1 2025 financial results, Part 36 – Human Resources).
Responsible for posting job descriptions and requirements on job boards, and I also represent the company alongside the senior recruiter at industry and university events.
Preparing the first five pages of 201 files for domestic hires and 104 files for foreign hires, then forwarding the document to the senior recruiter for final approval (based on our HR policies).
