• Owned and made all final decisions for a specific NAND Flash product or group of products after transfer from design phase to product development, qualification, and ramp to high-volume production, demonstrating expertise in product support engineering.

• Defined and owned test flow and screens, making all final decisions and delivering very high-quality OEM SSD products meeting DPPM targets, using effective problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

• Drove and addressed wafer yield issues, performing Failure Analysis on qualification fails and test flow fails, and defining root causes of yield loss to improve yield, quality, and test times using Advantest testers, oscilloscopes, as well as in-house test equipment and software.
