The Code Africa Conference. Part of the team Organising the largest tech event in East and Central Africa. I was in charge of sourcing vendors for the event. I learnt a lot about negotiations and logistics that go behind organising an event. I was a key member in organising for ushers and volunteers to attend the event. I learnt to make some tough calls and the weight of writing rejection emails to people. I interacted with amazing people. I enjoyed this process of going beyond my comfort zone and learning new skills. Flexing my skills in graphic design. Video Marketing and Public speaking the event was a huge success!
