<p>As the person in charge of logistics and operations, my role focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational activities within the institute. I was responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the day-to-day logistics related to events, classes, and administrative processes.

I worked closely with different departments, students, and parents to manage event preparations, facility arrangements, and overall operational support. My role required excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing needs while maintaining a high standard of service and execution.</p>
