Core Architecture: Automated Quality Control: Deployed Computer Vision models to pre-grade waste condition (Grade A/B/C), filtering out contamination before logistics costs are incurred. Hyperlocal Logistics Layer: Engineered a geospatial clustering algorithm (Mapbox) to batch pickups at aggregated "Hubs," solving the high cost of last-mile collection. Dynamic Pricing Engine: Designed a WebSocket-based bidding architecture that shifts waste pricing from fixed rates to real-time commodity values, allowing recyclers to bid on inventory live.

A decentralized protocol solving the "rent-seeking" problem in the creator economy. While Patreon/Kickstarter extract 5-15% fees, Paperweight uses a zero-fee, treasury-based model to maximize creator revenue. Core Architecture: Trustless Escrow: Engineered ink! smart contracts on Polkadot to handle fund custody, ensuring automated payouts without a centralized intermediary. Algorithmic Governance: Implemented Quadratic Funding (inspired by Gitcoin) to mathematically weight donor impact, preventing "whale" dominance in community voting.
