Sales And Marketing Specialist

Launched a hands-on interdisciplinary product lab for students with my co-founder CJ Tio. Recruited a cohort of designers and team leaders for a series of quarter-long design challenges: reimagining an existing product, analyzing and improving the usability of a product, and designing a startup product.

Fall 2021: Led a team of 6 designers to design a college-oriented rideshare application.

Designed flyers, advertisement campaign deliverables and digital graphics for internal and external use at Mustang News. Worked with advertising executives to create dynamic ad placements for recurring and prospective clients.

Graphic Designer

Developed creative marketing solutions for 11 local businesses in San Luis Obispo through print, digital and broadcast advertising. Implemented multi-media advertising packages specific to each client's needs. Successfully prospected 5 new businesses in the first quarter on the job.

Account Executive

Worked on select features and design ops for Veeva Engage. Engage is a mobile and web product that connects HCPs and their office staff with Reps, MSLs, and other Life Sciences contacts through compliant video conferencing and chat messaging. 

Created Engage's initial Design System on Figma, a network of standardized component and style libraries for web and mobile platforms. Built nested mobile template components for scaleable and global screen prototyping. Designed our Upcoming and Past Meetings feature and contributed to the Brand Profile design on our web-app.

UX Intern

Designed cross-platform advertisement graphics and copy to promote virtual events to students. Developed Canvas webpage for course schedules, class sections and remote learning resources. Created a student Slack community with 300+ members to foster remote student connections.

Communications Lead • Quarter Plus Program

Mentored 38 freshmen program students to bridge their gap from high-school to university life at the Quarter Plus Program. Held 3 weekly intensive study sessions to ensure students' academic success. Planned and ran 3+ program events each week alongside the program director and coordinator.

Learning Assistant

Spearheaded the digital transformation of the Quarter Plus program due to the rapid onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Planned and executed 45+ program-wide virtual events for 283 students within 4 weeks. Oversaw and directed 22 learning assistants in their activity execution.

My team and I are dedicated to building the most complete and highest quality clinical platform that supports patients, sites and sponsors. 

I'm responsible for the user experience (Information Architecture, Usability Testing) and the UI design (Interaction design, Visual design, Motion) for the MyVeeva for Patients mobile app and web platform, and for site and sponsor products connected to the ePRO Vault.

Outside of feature work, I'm heavily involved in building MyVeeva’s Design System—our component library that supports multiple products—and its structure, including variables for colors, spacing, size and text strings.
