As part of my role, I visit learners in their workplace, using vocational experience and knowledge to teach and support learners to achieve their apprenticeship.

Managing my own diary to ensure I am delivering against KPIs, planning and attending scheduled visits with apprentices to ensure they progress in line with their expected programme duration.

To ensure employers/learner mentors are engaged in the apprentices learning and progress, supporting them to achieve their potential.

The training, assessment, progression and completion of learners which is delivered through face to face and remote learning sessions in line with agreed delivery models.
