At WSP, I developed a model of NYC's new building emissions law to quantify the carbon emission and cost reductions that could be accomplished through deep energy conservation measures. The model is parameterized to address all applicable building types against a number of grid mix forecasts, REC price projections, and anticipated changes in the number of heating and cooling degree-days due to anthropogenic climate change.

As part of a NASA-funded study, I created a geodatabase of biophysical hazards affecting the Hindu Kush Himalayas. These data were used to build a series of landscape hazard models characterizing the relative likelihood of the hazard across the region. Multi-hazard modeling is essential for understanding how urbanization shapes, and is shaped by, patterns of social vulnerability and landscape susceptibility to natural hazards.

•	Assessed ecological profiles of potential building sites, making recommendations for development that would minimize harmful impacts.

•	Designed a complete interior remodel of a 1975 Airstream trailer, built its interior millwork, and managed the renovation process

•	Designed a suite of off-grid infrastructure modules that will be used to support luxury low-impact camping and event production on a ranch in Malibu, CA.
