The NOLD - Peer-to-peer Marketplace for pre-loved fashion

I began freelancing for the company in 2012 as part of a seven-member team, including the co-founders. As the only remote designer, I led all design projects, starting with mobile apps and later overhauling our main web app and the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-green-text rich-link break-all link-break" href="http://Teamwork.com">Teamwork.com</a> website. This work earned us the "SMB Website of the Year" award in Ireland.As the company expanded into multiple products, I designed Teamwork Desk and Teamwork Chat from scratch. Later, I shifted to focus on Teamwork Desk, updating my designs to align with modern trends and technologies.Subsequently, I joined the Platform and Integrations team, managing functions across products including subscription management and third-party integrations.Most recently, I've been part of the Growth team, working to improve user experiences through A/B testing, onboarding enhancements, and conversion optimization. This role has allowed me to see the direct effects of our work on the company's success.
