I managed the Cloud Engineering Team's program management and operations. I successfully scaled the accessibility team's headcount from 5 to 20 members within 8 months, which managed to create 4,000 tickets. I also presented to leadership with a strategy for automated mapping and gathering program stats and the overall vision and strategy for Accessibility. I created a process to plan and execute the full ticket life cycle for the tickets, hence resulting in impacting cloud products at scale.
