1.  Live Chat - Contact US Feature :
Designed & Developed Live chat Service which is used by 0.12 Millions of Customer.
Live chat is the application that enables Customers to Connect with Customer Resource Center by Chatting with Live Representative . It integrates with Amazon Connect & provides live chat support. I was leading the design & development of Contact us backend API’s & its Integration with Chatbot. Also designed & developed the strategy for A/B testing for Contact US Feature.

2. Translation Connector : 
Designed & Developed the machine translation connector which is responsible to translate the content stored in CMS ( Adobe ) from specific source language to required multiple target language.  The translation connector is responsible to translate thousands of web pages stored in Adobe Content Management System resulting reducing the human efforts of localisation Manager by 70% .

At GE Digital India,
I was working on connecting large scale Industrial machines/devices to the cloud. An IoT application that is collecting real-time/historian data from machines/devices and forecasts the real-time use cases. I was largely engaged in Microservices development with Spring Boot & Node.js, Angular.js for visualization. This Real-time data use case has also provided me an opportunity to work with WebSocket communication protocol implementing a duplex communication channel.

I worked on the following features during my tenure at GE:

	• Implemented Config-Client for Node.js Microservices which will connect to Spring Cloud Config Server for fetching Configurations file at Runtime. Removed the tight coupling of Configurations from Code & made it flexible & ready for Multiple instance deployment.
	• Developed a Spring Boot based CI/CD Automatic Utility which will read configurations from 80 different microservices & fetch the equivalent configurations file for multiple instan

Developed Automatic Call Distributor SDK. ACD SDK is a library which is responsible to take data from ACD, package the data in standard format and then post the data continuously on Agent State Connectivity Web Services Server to provide the real-time information about the status of agent in contact center.
Responsibilities: Was responsible to develop Write Module, Heartbeat Module and OAuth Module using Java . Build and deployed end to end SDK . Jenkins was used for automation process. Wrote Junit Test cases using Mockito .

1.  Designed & Developed Data Ingestion platform for Amazon last mile assets including vehicles, EV's etc. The platform supports ingestion of multiple vehicles & its corresponding data using file, API & event based mechanism. It also supports near real time data ingestion. The platform is scalable & supports ingestion of 100K vehicles data in 10 mins.
