SMART CIVIC MANAGEMENT: CONNECTING PEOPLE AND GOVERNMENT<ul><li>Cities face daily problems like potholes, garbage, water leaks, and broken streetlights, but citizens often don’t know where to report or if their complaints are being heard.</li><li>Fix My City provides one simple digital platform that connects people with the government directly.</li><li>Citizens can report issues with photos, location, and severity, track their progress, upvote others’ reports, and take part in polls, announcements, and feedback.</li><li>The government gets a clear dashboard with maps, charts, and filters, making it easier to see trends and take action quickly.</li><li>AI helps by detecting duplicate and spam reports, predicting which problems are most urgent, and summarizing issues for ward officers.</li><li>Ward officers can resolve and update reports in real-time, keeping both citizens and the admin informed.</li><li>The platform’s main purpose is to build trust, transparency, and faster communication between citizens and the government.</li></ul>
