Variable Labs delivered immersive training content to Google, Facebook, Deloitte, Grant Thornton and other blue chip companies using camera-based VR. Using adaptive branching logic, the learning modules  can have different end-points depending on the user's choices. Real-time datasets provide feedback for both the learner and organization.

Built and developed THINK's innovation consulting offerings. Managed innovation and future vision projects and programs. I brought design-led and customer-centered perspectives and consumer data to solve business challenges and foster change. Coached and taught client teams as well as my internal team to deepen creativity and increase the velocity of delivery (i.e., lean, agile, and data-driven).

Led THINK's digital strategy practice on client work, new business pitches, and internal tool development. Led a team of six (including digital strategy, analytics, and SEO) to deliver strategic frameworks and insights that allowed clients to capitalize on opportunities. 

Clients included Coca-Cola, Kroger, Express Clothing, Charbroil, and Orkin.

I led the Strategy & User Experience practice at IQ which defined opportunities and then capitalized on them through roadmaps, measurement frameworks, and user experience planning and design. ach’s got decades of experience in user research and applying human insights to business opportunities. Over his career, Zach has led digital work for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, First Data, Google, Alexion, The United Nations (and a ton of startups too). Zach holds a Philosophy degree from the University of Chicago and did advanced graduate work at Georgia Tech where he studied and developed anthropologically-inspired research techniques, design, and technology systems.
