Robotics Engineer

- Developed a web GUI using ROSlibjs and ROS2djs for teleoperation and mapping. Also, integrated ROS with the Qt-based GUI on the robot.
- Worked on visual servo control, to control the robot near the docking station. Used Apriltags3 as the visual anchors on the docking station. 
- Implemented a mask RCNN network for human body detection.
- Researched various 2D laser SLAM and VIO/Visual Inertial SLAM algorithms.

Robotics Intern

- Developed an access controller using Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) module. Worked with PSoC Creator (C Programming), UART protocol, Wiegand protocol, AES encryption.
- Researched about BLE beacons and using BLE beacons for localization. Implemented simple Eddystone beacon which broadcasted a URL, on nRF51822.

Summer Intern

- Designed an Introductory course on robotics for Sem-1 2019-20. Through the course I taught C programming, interfacing various sensors with a microcontroller and robot design. Also, managed the logistics of obtaining the kits for the course. 
- Designed a course on robotics and automation for Sem-2 2019-2020. Taught ROS, motion planning, and basics of computer vision.
- Led a delivery robot project. Started an open-source initiative through the project (gennav - a python package for navigation). Also, promoted other open-source initiatives in the club.

Teaching Head

- Managed inventory and looked over the maintenance of equipment in the lab. Managed new equipment purchases in the lab. 
- Worked with budget of 13+Lakhs.
