• Working as a Cloud Support Engineer at an L2 position and handling multiple widows
servers in both on-premise and AWS cloud. Actively managing close to 9000 servers.
• configuring the DNS & DHCP of newly provisioned and existing servers.
• Regular server upgrades from old versions of Windows server to latest 2019 version.
• Migrating on-premise Windows servers to AWS cloud.
• Using Cloud Formation templates to provision new infra into the environment and editing
existing templates to reflect any changes to the current infrastructure.
• Modifying security groups and EC2 instance types according to customer needs and
requirements.
• Troubleshooting user reported issues and making sure SLA demands are met.
• Setting up SFTP accounts for users to transfer data to vendors and vice versa.
• Apart from VMs working on physical servers from leading vendors to troubleshoot any
issues users face.
