- Found a gap between institution discovery and the admission process, and tried to build a SaaS marketplace that connects students and institutions for easy institution discovery and an online admission process.

- Interviewed 10+ principals and admission offices, designed the complete product prototype, and developed dashboards and features.

- Collected a database of 35,000+ Indian institutions (schools, colleges, and universities) and built a search engine from among them for institution discovery.

- Scaled to 1,000 users per month organically, generated few leads but due to financial and personal reasons, the product was temporarily dropped.

Web Analyst 

- As a freelancer, I was always struggling to get freelancing projects and got tired of using Upwork and Fiverr by sending numerous proposals without getting responses due to their complex policies.

So, I decided to build a freelancing platform focusing only on regional freelancers, selecting them by language and real-time expertise.

- Spent some lakhs, built an MVP, and invested 8 months of my time before dropping the project.

Reason for drop: Lack of understanding of market dynamics & started execution without proper market research.

Update: Merged this product with (Flexable.work)

- Joined as an intern in a 5-member team and they started an agency to solve (B2B) business technology and marketing problems. 

- Learned the complete inbound and outbound processes for B2B products. 

- (+) We focused on building our own edtech platform for students who have spent almost 1.5 years at home during this challenging pandemic.

Founding Member

Project 1 : Content Marketing + SEO (P) + CRO + Distribution 
Goal 1 : User acquisition (SMB) & Improve Product Conversion

- Fixed acquisition magnets: 350+ curated influencers, 3L+ unique profile pages, 3 free tools, 100+ blogs, and 10+ pillar and cluster pages.

- Created a solid content library distributed across web, social media, newsletters, and other channels.

- Integrated HubSpot Marketing Hub, GA4 Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for full user journey visibility.

- Conducted numerous A/B tests on high-performing web pages, managing hypothesis documents and
experimenting with UI/UX and content.

- In one financial year, content marketing + CRO efforts scaled product signups from 200 to 1500+ monthly, a 650% growth + Successfully scaled to 100K+ active users per month organically within a span of 5 months.

Product Growth Specialist

- Owned marketing efforts for the retail segment. 

- Successfully ranked over 200 product pages and increased organic acquisition from 500 to over 1,000 per month. 

- Played a pivotal role in the complete rebranding exercise from scratch. 

- Managed paid campaigns and monthly marketing budget, executed email marketing strategies, and created social media content and designs.

Project 2 : Product Led Growth (PLG) + LinkedIn ABM 
Goal 2: Tap Targeted Enterprise Accounts 

- Developed a roadmap for LinkedIn ABM, including account identification, buyer persona mapping, value proposition documents, ICP identification, messaging, and distribution strategy. 

- Crafted the 'Agency Partnership Program' [Partnership-led PLG] project. Conducted market research, built the project plan, drafted PRDs, gathered data, and launched its first version AGP (1.0). 

- Collectively, we scaled a avg $25k USD per MoM inbound pipeline almost from 0.

This initiatives helped to acquire clients like Sunpure, Pepperfry, Himalayan Herbal and Adfactors PR.
