- Designed a system of 3 products: a B2C mobile app, a self-service kiosk, and a B2B cashier app for iPad, which shared the same checkout flow, thus creating a more consistent UX and cutting development time.
- UX/UI design for modules (User roles, Orders, Sales portal) of the company’s SaaS, an all-in-one reservation system for the travel industry.
- Had a key role advocating for design in cross-functional teams, while staying open to listen to developers’ feedback. This raised the level of quality and sped up development for the mobile POS app.
