Launched in 2019, the FemAging Project produces research, education, insights and other resources to help drive the development of innovations that meet the unique health, wellness and well-being needs of women. The Project focuses on closing the women's health gap among women ages 40+ and providing personalized innovation solutions and resources for those focused on women of all ages.

I lead the development of many of the FemAging Project's outputs, including original research (AARP supported our 2023 FemAging report) and the AI-powered innovation assistant Femmaya, which was introduced in early 2024 after more than a year of development.
