Co-founded a drone startup: Architected and developed flight controller software for a novel VTOL drone platform designed for accessibility and open-source deployment Led hardware engineering initiatives including component selection, supplier relations, and custom flight electronics stack integration Built and managed technical teams across flight controller development, RF mesh networking, and autonomous air traffic control systems Developed infrastructure and applications enabling blood banks and hospitals to utilize the drone delivery network Recruited and managed C-suite executives to accelerate government contracts across India and Africa Spearheaded successful fundraising efforts, securing $2M+ from prominent investors including Lightspeed and Draper Established pilot programs across India to demonstrate network viability Exited the company in 2024 following organisational restructuring. Selected as an Emergent Ventures Fellow by renowned economist Tyler Cowen, joining a highly selective program (&lt;10% acceptance rate) backed by the Thiel Foundation and Schmidt Futures. The fellowship supports ambitious individuals driving technological and societal innovation. the grant amount was about $70k in total.
