- Major redesign project (pre-acquisition) – Lead a team of 2 designers (Onshore in USA and Offshore in Philippines) to develop vision for complete redesign of Coding Dojo’s standalone LEARN platform for use across North America and Saudi Arabia. Took the lead to form ideas, research, determine roadmap and strategy, presented it to leadership and delivered the final product. 
- Achievements: LEARN platform was successfully launched in June 2023. Early results show a 78% increase in task success rate.
- Design changes post acquisition – Responsible for all UX/UI updates post acquisition including visual consistency, efficient architecture, UX values, UX messages, reskinning, and merging the design systems.
- Responsible for mentoring and supervising new design team, new partners in Chicago, Seattle and Philippines.
