Features include: educational content delivery; HPC and peer-to-peer communication tools; tracking, logging, biometric/wearable integration to support habit formation; game and playful elements to reward and delight. It has been customized to support weightloss, improve sleep hygiene, support post-diagnosis lifestyle change in T2 diabetes.
