' Problem Identification:
As a part of the cycling community, I have identified a problem among young adult cyclists: the storage of belongings can be an issue when commuting. From user research, when grabbing a coffee with a friend, going to lunch, or going to work, all you need is your wallet, phone, tools (a pump, some spares) and your keys. These items are too big to fit in your pockets and a saddle bag, but do not require a large bag. Bags that attach to your bike are awkward to carry around casually, as they are not deigned to do so. Back packs are good for most situations as they are versatile, adjustable, and convenient, but back sweat is uncomfortable frowned upon when in a social meeting. They can also cause back pain and reduce visibility when commuting by reducing your field of vision.'

'Mountain biking is an intense off-road sport that demands a lot from the required equipment. Over time, the improvement of technology has ensured mountain biking has become much safer, from the improvement of disk brakes to better suspension and stronger frame materials. The constant improvement of the modern mountain bike has led to an increase in possible functions and accessories on a mountain bike, such as the introduction of the dropper post  or lock out controls . Consequently, there are more controls in the cockpit .

While these more complex designs offer greater opportunity for mountain bike users, they also introduce a variety of problems for the rider, related to function and aesthetics.'
