MetaMap is the digital trust and reputation layer that powers borderless services worldwide. While at the company I have worked in two main directions: internally, I have implemented a design system and coordinated the design system team's efforts during the design and the implementation phase. This has halved the release time; externally, I have made sure that the design system had a positive impact by also simplifying Metamap's vendor integration, leading to an increased 27% flow completion on average. While at the company, I have designed and re-designed a wide range of features that has well-performed: E-Signature (50x adoption), Email Checks (10x adoption), Phone Number Analysis (2x adoption), and Geolocation (100x adoption).
