At the Creative Solutions Team, I spearheaded the Design for all projects and proposals within SweetRush’s Business Development department. My role encompassed creative direction, design, and execution of award-winning projects, significantly contributing to the company’s success in securing proposals for esteemed clients such as Google, Hilton, Bridgestone, Deloitte, EY. SHRM, Capgemini, CVS, Bayer, JPMorgan, Facebook, Mars, Unilever, Data Catalyst, among others.

Flow was a streamlined custom learning team focused on evaluating hypotheses and ideas from a wide range of stakeholders during project production. We used to engage with different levels of the organization to significantly enhance organizational effectiveness and contribute strategically to key initiatives. In my role as Creative Lead, I assumed the responsibilities of Creative Director, Art Director, and Designer for various client and internal projects. Our client portfolio included prestigious entities such as Hilton, Capgemini, Manpower, SHRM, and others.

Senior UI/UX Designer

Meu Rio is an NGO that has emerged to fill a gap that exists between the government of the city of Rio de Janeiro and its residents. The organization fosters people-powered politics at the local level by engaging over one hundred thousand members in decision-making processes in the city and creating new tools for direct participation.

As Head of Design at Meu Rio I helped to elaborate, plan and design more than eight web applications. These applications are part of the organization's mobilization toolkit and sum more than 140k users. Also, I was responsible for:

- Rebranding Meu Rio, in terms of redefining the brand voice through Design. New typography, color palette, visual elements, application patterns and more.

As the Visual Design Lead of the Revenue ELD Team, I collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, content developers, creative writers and fellow Hubbers to ensure that the visual design strategy and execution align seamlessly with the learning objectives of each project. My notable achievements include:

1. Spearheading the Design Leadership for the Customer Success 2022 Onboarding Program, marking the first learning program at GitHub to receive an accolade — the 2023 Brandon Hall Silver Award in Talent Acquisition.  For this project, I have created a full library of vILT branded templates and custom assets (vILT presentation template, Figjam session activities), as well as interactive experiences to be delivered as takeaways to Hubbers;
