As the driving force behind Riverside and Pomona's first specialized urogynecology practice, I elevated local healthcare standards and successfully retained specialized medical care within the community.

In a strategic move to elevate patient care, I implemented effective caseload management strategies. This pivotal change optimized workflow and ensured consistent, high-quality care for 30-40 patients per day across two distinct clinic locations, significantly enhancing both consultations and surgical procedures.

Recognizing the need for specialized training in obstetrics and gynecology, I joined as a Core faculty a residency program at HCA healthcare in Riverside, California. Annually, this initiative educates four residents, focusing intently on imparting both surgical skills and clinical best practices for general OB/GYN and pelvic floor disorders.
