Working with 3 (APAC, EMEA, AMER) different time zone based customers/stackholders. Visited 6 countries(India, Thailand, South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania, Israel) for product launch/migrations and client visits.

QA - Group Leader | Pre-sales | Sales

Maintaining onsite-offshore team relationship, test environment management, find out the improvements/risks areas in existing processes, build the new processes which can help the team to achieve the next levels.

Doing work prioritization by coordinating with onsite engineers and QAs. Helping the engineering team to improve features quality by suggesting ideas and feedback.

Working closely with Product/Program and Engineering teams for features progress and helping them out for client facing blockages and taking care of the technical documentation part.  

Planning and execution for onsite visits & testing for live deployments at different locations of India, Africa, Thailand and  Israel.

QA - Team Leader

Worked on different 7+ mobile(iOS/Android) and web based products of social media and telecommunication.

Responsible for building & executing the test-cases, bug finding and logging by understanding the project/features requirements.

Responsible for communication with onsite stackholders including Engineers, Designers and QA lead.

Obtain expertise about how to give new initiatives a strong start.

Software Tester

Serve as a key member of software development team on projects development for CMS websites and web applications. Get experience of client communication and work in a group of designer, tester and network persons. Also get familiar with the service for domain and web hosting.
