I worked on the frontend of a pricing system that supported flexible configuration of markups and discounts for air freight; enhanced the rate upload interface to improve accuracy and reduce friction for operations; contributed to vessel tracking and dashboard features in the Service Delivery Ops Portal to streamline operations and improve visibility across shipment workflows; and supported the development of an internal expense management tool tailored to logistics operations.
These projects helped me grow in designing intuitive UIs for complex internal tools, deepened my collaboration with backend and product teams, and strengthened my experience working within Agile practices like sprints, standups, and iterative feedback.
