I was responsible for recruiting International Talent, and bringing them to work with Bigfoot Entertainment.

International Recruitment

Glory Reborn Organization is a non-profit organization providing free maternal healthcare services. Since 2003, the organization has delivered nearly 2,000 healthy babies, and continues to provide high-quality care to the women of Cebu. I personally managed all the operations on-site in Cebu until October 2007, including HR, and finance, after which I manage on a purely oversight basis. I am also responsible for managing funding, marketing, and fundraising operations, including large presentations and speaking engagements, as well as print and web development.

As CTO, I managed all IT related operations and develop and implement strategic plans for the Bigfoot group of companies in order to develop new technology, harness digital film production as well as improve efficiency and reduce costs. Specifically, I oversaw all IT and communication systems and services, websites, software development, and support staff. 

Key Accomplishments: 
Reduce IT operating costs by 22%, migrate all email services to Google Apps, manage http://bigfoot.com with 99.9% uptime (approximately 3,000 unique visitors per day).

I founded a design firm that provided solutions from concept to implementation for
                                     companies worldwide. Direct oversight of creative design, web design, web programming
                                     and team delegation.

YYY is a jobs app, which is designed to improve the visibility, equity and productivity of blue collar labor markets in developing countries. It is radically different than traditional jobs websites/apps, focused exclusively on the billion or so blue collar workers in developing countries worldwide who recently got their first smartphone which is also the first computing device they have ever owned.
