Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Jaipur. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the timely delivery of software projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. Daily tasks include leading technical design and architecture discussions, mentoring team members, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development and engineering principles

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, node.js, Python, or similar

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP

• Skills in project management and team leadership

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
