Job briefWe are currently looking for passionate, UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with team members and with clients to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.</li><li>Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.</li><li>Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wire-frames, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.</li><li>Fulfil project requests before deadlines.</li><li>Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Eager to improve UX/UI skills.</li><li>Should be good at taking and implementing feedback.</li></ul>Bonus:<ul><li>Knowledge of Figma Interactive components, Auto-Layout.</li><li>Familiar with Design Principles, and UI patterns.</li><li>A keen observer of small details.</li></ul>Interview Insights:<ul><li>Intro Casual Chat, Technical questions, design challenge.</li><li>A small research-based task on one topic and discussion.</li><li>Timeline - 3 Days Max</li></ul>Notes: Shortlisting is based on your work portfolio.
