NodeJs MERN (Intern)

About the Role:

Scrobits Technologies is looking for a passionate and motivated Node.js Intern to join our backend development team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and APIs while working with experienced developers in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend modules using Node.js and Express.js.

• Create, test, and document APIs for internal and client projects.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.

• Debug and troubleshoot code issues under senior developer guidance.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and learn modern software development workflows.

• Support deployment and testing of applications.

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and show consistent improvement.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript/Typescript and Node.js fundamentals.

• Basic knowledge of Express.js framework.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Postman.

• Understanding of MongoDB and MySQL databases.

• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.

• Logical thinking, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team environment.
