I'll skip the corporate job ad format because that's not what this is.

I'm Andy — 25 years in insurance, ex-CEO of Tesla Insurance Europe, ex-MD at Zego. I've had FCA, MFSA, GFSC, and BaFin regulatory approvals. I've done the corporate thing, retired at 47, and now I'm building Resnova — a specialist consulting firm helping automotive OEMs and international insurers navigate complex cross-border regulatory and pricing challenges.

I need someone to build the tech. Not maintain it. Not inherit it. Build it.

What you'd actually be doing:

→ Rebuilding and self-hosting our website (paid work, starts immediately)

→ Building internal tools — CRM, client dashboards, document automation

→ Developing AI-powered risk assessment and pricing tools

→ Creating a telematics data platform for fleet insurance clients

→ Architecting the entire tech stack from scratch

You'd own the technical direction. No product manager telling you what to build. No Jira board. No sprint ceremonies. Just real problems that need solving and the freedom to solve them.

The deal — full transparency:

This is a founding role. There's no salary to start. The website rebuild is paid work, so you're not starting with nothing. Beyond that, as revenue comes in, you get paid plus stock and a share of dividends. This is ground-floor equity in a real business with real clients, not a speculative startup burning VC cash.

I'm not looking for 10 years of experience. I'm looking for someone green and hungry who builds things because they can't help it. Someone who wants to learn and grow while creating something that matters.

Tech you'd likely work with:

Python, FastAPI or Django, Next.js or React, PostgreSQL, Docker, LangChain/LlamaIndex for AI tooling. But honestly, if you've got strong opinions about the stack, I want to hear them. You're choosing it.
