About Us:

This is a permanent role with seed funded product based startup in E-commerce domain, a valued client of Pieworks.

Role Description

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary growth partner for key client accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes through data-led marketing, conversion optimization, and strategic collaboration. You’ll oversee end-to-end client relationships — from onboarding to renewals — driving retention, upsells, and overall satisfaction.

Mandatory Criteria

  • Key Account Management (preferably in D2C, SaaS, or Growth Marketing)

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Data-driven problem solving & storytelling

  • Funnel Optimization / CRO knowledge

  • Revenue Retention & Upselling Strategy

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with design & tech teams
