&nbsp;About Us:This is a permanent role with seed funded product based startup in E-commerce domain, a valued client of Pieworks.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary growth partner for key client accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes through data-led marketing, conversion optimization, and strategic collaboration. You’ll oversee end-to-end client relationships — from onboarding to renewals — driving retention, upsells, and overall satisfaction.Mandatory Criteria<ul><li>Key Account Management (preferably in D2C, SaaS, or Growth Marketing)</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Data-driven problem solving &amp; storytelling</li><li>Funnel Optimization / CRO knowledge</li><li>Revenue Retention &amp; Upselling Strategy</li><li>Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration with design &amp; tech teams</li></ul>
