We’re building the next-generation, AI-native customer feedback platform.

You’ll work directly with a founder who has scaled a B2B SaaS company to $20M+ ARR — and learn how modern growth really works.

This is not a “post on Instagram” internship.

This is hands-on, AI-driven, revenue-focused marketing.

Responsibilities

🔥 Agentic Outbound Systems

• Build AI-powered outbound workflows

• Scrape and enrich ideal customer profiles (ICP)

• Create segmented startup lists:

  • YC-backed startups

  • Crunchbase companies ($10K–$10M revenue)

• Build benefit-driven, hyper-personalized messaging using AI agents

• Continuously test and improve reply rates

🤖 Agentic AI Experiments

• Build AI agents for:

  • Reddit engagement (CX communities)

  • Community signal monitoring

  • Prospect research automation

• Experiment with AI-assisted engagement in relevant SaaS and CX communities

📈 SEO, AEO & Content

• Keyword research using Ahrefs

• Identify high-intent keywords around:

  • NPS

  • CSAT

  • Customer feedback tools

• Write/tutorial creation:

  • “How to implement NPS on Shopify”

  • “How to add CSAT to Webflow”

  • “Customer feedback for SaaS onboarding”

• Build content optimized for both Google and AI search engines (AEO)

Skills (You Don’t Need All — You Need Hunger)

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of SaaS

• Familiarity with tools like:

  • Ahrefs

  • Apollo / Clay

  • Instantly / Smartlead

  • Claude / AI tools

• Basic copywriting skills

More important than skills:

• Curiosity

• Speed of execution

• Obsession with improvement
