Many professional exams require you to memorize thousands of facts. Bar exam candidates need hundreds of legal rules and exceptions. Nursing students memorize drug interactions and lab values. IT cert takers drill protocols and port numbers. Every exam has its own mountain of facts — and most people just re-read notes and hope for the best.The hard part isn't learning — it's retaining. Research shows people forget up to 70% of new information within 24 hours. The forgetting curve is brutal, and almost nobody studies in a way that accounts for it.Cueprep makes retention systematic instead of random. We've seen strong usage and feedback on our first exam, and are expanding fast — figuring out what content resonates with each exam's audience and driving signups is the core of this role.The RoleYou'll own content and distribution for a set of exam verticals. Your job is to figure out what works for your audience, make a lot of it, and drive signups.This isn't a "plan campaigns and make decks" marketing role. You'll ship content daily across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and SEO. You'll use AI tools (Claude Code, image/video generators) instead of waiting on designers or engineers.What you'll do<ul><li>Find what's already working in your exam niche — hooks, formats, creators — and use that to inform our content</li><li>Create short-form and written content daily at high volume</li><li>Write hooks, captions, and copy that make students stop scrolling</li><li>Use AI tools to generate assets and pages without design or engineering dependency</li><li>Own distribution across social, search, community, and partnership channels</li><li>Track what's converting and adjust fast</li></ul>You're a fit if<ul><li>You spend hours on TikTok/IG already and can articulate why certain videos blow up</li><li>You write fast and well — especially short-form (hooks, captions, CTAs)</li><li>You pick up new tools quickly — if handed Claude Code today, you'd be productive by tomorrow</li><li>You're output-oriented — volume first, polish later</li><li>You can read basic analytics and adjust without being told</li></ul>You're NOT a fit if<ul><li>You think in "quarterly campaigns" or "brand guidelines"</li><li>You need a designer to make an Instagram post</li><li>You're more comfortable writing strategy docs than shipping content</li><li>You've never made a TikTok or Reel</li></ul>Details<ul><li>One of the first hires — high ownership, direct access to the founder</li><li>There will be a short assignment as part of the process</li></ul>
