When you match with someone, you have 48 hours to see if the connection is real. Either it sparks, or you both move on.Why it exists: Because I got tired of watching the world tear itself apart on Twitter one night and decided someone needed to take the first step toward fixing it.The mission: Prove that you can't hate someone whose story you know. Build genuine connections across borders. Show that peace is built one friendship at a time.Current traction: 200 users in 30 days with zero marketing budget. People are making their first real friends in years. It's working.What We NeedWe need people who can help us reach the communities that need this most:<h3>Content Creation &amp; Storytelling</h3><ul><li>Turn user success stories into compelling content</li><li>Create social media posts that don't feel like ads</li><li>Write threads, blog posts, and articles that make people feel something</li><li>Document the cross-cultural friendships forming on our platform</li></ul><h3>Social Media Growth</h3><ul><li>Grow our presence on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn</li><li>Engage authentically with communities (not spam, actual conversation)</li><li>Build relationships with micro-influencers who align with our mission</li><li>Create viral moments that introduce people to Eintercon organically</li></ul><h3>Community Building</h3><ul><li>Find and engage with online communities that would benefit from Eintercon</li><li>Partner with student organizations, expat groups, hobby communities</li><li>Moderate our own community spaces</li><li>Turn users into advocates</li></ul><h3>Growth Hacking</h3><ul><li>Launch us on Product Hunt, Hacker News, BetaList</li><li>Get press coverage (TechCrunch, The Verge, etc.)</li><li>Find creative distribution channels we haven't thought of</li><li>Run experiments and measure what works</li></ul>Who You AreYou're NOT a traditional marketer. You probably don't have "5+ years of B2C SaaS growth marketing experience." That's fine. We don't want that.You ARE someone who:<ul><li>Believes the world needs more genuine connection, not more followers</li><li>Can tell stories that make people stop scrolling and think "whoa"</li><li>Understands emotional marketing better than growth hacking formulas</li><li>Is tired of working on products that don't matter</li><li>Wants equity in something with a mission, not just an exit</li><li>Can work autonomously (I'm building the product; you own marketing)</li><li>Is okay with scrappy—we're bootstrapped and figuring it out as we go</li></ul>Bonus points if you:<ul><li>Have personal experience with loneliness or friendship struggles (most of us do)</li><li>Have lived internationally or value cross-cultural connection</li><li>Have built something from zero before</li><li>Are good at writing (storytelling is our biggest asset)</li><li>Have a following in relevant communities already</li></ul>What You'll Get<h3>Equity</h3><ul><li>0.5% - 2% equity stake depending on experience, commitment, and impact</li><li>Vesting over 2 years with 6-month cliff</li><li>Standard startup equity agreement (we'll do this properly)</li></ul><h3>Ownership</h3><ul><li>You'll own marketing completely.
