 Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead to manage our engineering team and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects. You will foster collaboration, provide feedback, and align the team with company goals.

Key responsibilities include planning sprints, managing standups, defining user stories, and coordinating schedules. You will act as a liaison between teams, management, and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely completion.

The role also involves coding, conducting security audits, enforcing best practices, and driving operational improvements. Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills are essential for ensuring project success and continuous team growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team while fostering an environment of collaboration, while providing constant feedback to improve work quality

• Set and run sprints and detail user stories for the development team

• Run and manage daily standups and task creation for the engineering team

• Determine project requirements and develop detailed structures, work schedules/tasks for the team

• Liaison with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the standard required

• Analyze and oversee existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements and resolving conflicts

• Develop and maintain great quality code for services and databases

• Conducting periodic security checks/audits

• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders

• Implementing best practices and coding standards

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Technical Lead Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role is mandatory

• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of code versioning tools and databases

• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends
