Director of Design

- Led the consumer payment experience with Flash Checkout, a beautifully designed checkout form by Razorpay. Crafted experiences for features like Personlisation, Saved cards (which over 15 Million saved cards as of December 2019), mobile payments, etc.
- Helped the team in expanding the core payment stack by crafting experiences for the new age products like Razorpay Route and Razorpay Smart Collect.
- Led the rebranding of Razorpay with the launch of Razorpay 2.0 suite of products (Payment Links, Subscriptions, Route, Smart Collect, and Invoices). Led the rebranding efforts end-to-end as we scaled up from being just a payment aggregator to a full-stack payment solutions company.

Design Lead

- Was a part of the founding team and was primarily responsible for setting and scaling up both the product design and the visual design functions.
- Crafted experiences for the core payment flow on web and mobile. Led design efforts for Razorpay Flash Checkout and crafted experiences for features like saved cards, wallet payment flows, etc.
- Helped the team in expanding the core payment stack by crafting experiences for the new age products like Razorpay Route and Razorpay Smart Collect.
- Led the rebranding efforts with the launch of Razorpay 2.0 suite of products (Payment Links, Subscriptions, Route, Smart Collect, and Invoices). Helped scaling up the brand communication from being just a payment aggregator to a full-stack payment solutions company.
- Led the design efforts for launching UPI payment services within the Flash Checkout product. (We were India's first payment gateway to launch UPI).

Designing Razorpay Payments

- Leading the end to end consumer facing experience with Razorpay Flash Checkout that includes (but not limited to) - UPI, Credit / Debit Cards, Netbanking, Online wallets, and the Affordability suite with EMI, Offers, etc.
- Responsible for the pre and post-payment experience for over 600k merchants. Leading product experiences which bring in over $10 Billion annualised TPV.
- Helped the team scale up the payment experience with multiple features like Personalisation, Saved card (with over 15 Million saved cards as of December 2019), mobile payments, etc.
- Launched [Instant Refunds](https://razorpay.com/instant-refunds/) to help our merchants give a better experience to their customers. Improved the post payment experience by drastically reducing the payment refund time

Design Manager

Led the design efforts for Software Development Section (SDSLabs), a student body in IIT Roorkee which heavily focussed on building digital products. Helped the team organise multiple hackathons, CTF events, etc. Organised multiple workshops and helped budding designers inside the campus learn more about product design.
