Instead of task lists and gamification, it helps you understand your life as a system. Inside Xenith you can: • Track progress across Life Dimensions (Health, Mind, Relationships, Work, and more) • Set meaningful intentions rather than disposable to-dos • Reflect through guided prompts designed to build self-awareness • Identify long-term behavioral patterns instead of chasing daily streaks There are no points, badges, or leaderboards. No manipulation loops. No pressure notifications. The goal isn’t to keep you in the app. The goal is to help you think clearly, act deliberately, and improve consistently.
