Sales And Marketing Intern

The ACM student chapter is one of the well-known chapters in India. I got a chance to contribute to the ACM student chapter of the University of Engineering and Management, Jaipur. I joined as the website manager for the chapter as part of the web development team, and eventually, I got promoted to the Chairman of the chapter till the final year of my Btech journey at UEM. 

Responsibilities: 
1. Build the official website of the ACM-UEM chapter
2. Manage and maintain the website
3. Continuously make improvements and update contents to the website as required
4. Coordinate events for the chapter 
5. Extensive planning before events 
6. Organise distant speaker programs
7. Contribute to chapter decisions

Chairman

Engaged in product reputation-building activities at platforms like G2 reviews. Worked closely with the customers to understand their pain points and advocated for them to deliver value. Continuously kept track of customer success metrics like NPS and CSat and also helped in establishing certain robust feedback fetching systems. analyzed the metrics to bring out insights to improve customer satisfaction by leveraging different tools. Secondarily I also supported the process of building a pipeline for lead generation through sales tools and research.

Product Evangelist

CUSBMA is one of the most active student chapters at Christ University, with over 100 students. I got the opportunity to serve the chapter on the technical team and coordinated many major intra and inter-collegiate events. 

Responsibilities: 
1. Act as the single point of contact for the whole tech team
2. Extensive planning for all technical requirements of any CUSBMA event 
3. Lead and coordinate all activities of the technical team 
4. Continuous improvement of the team, noting mistakes from previous events
5. Participating in the core committee meeting of the chapter

Dabbled into different hats as and when required. Primarily, I led project and client-facing activities. Continuously kept track of client satisfaction ratings and built trust and long-term relationships. Successfully landed over 50 client projects, led cross-functional teams, and constantly tried to create enough value for clients and employees. Actively stayed updated with market opportunities.
