The aim of the project was to develop a plant protection system that would protect all kinds of vegetables and fruits from the unpredictable weather conditions. With this project, we entered the Aquathon water conservation ideas competition and the Blue Planet Startup Trampoline programme.  We were too inexperienced for the project, we couldn't find the market and the team didn't stay together. My first leadership experience with a lot of useful lessons learned.

AgroCoat

Our team, associated with BIG, aimed to educate young individuals about the importance of the domestic civil sector. We encouraged their active involvement in organizations through an extended month-long competition. Our goal was to create products that could be readily utilized by non-governmental organizations (NGOs). This event served as the Budapest Innovation Group's inaugural large-scale, independently organized initiative. We gratefully acknowledge the support of our sponsors and professional partners, namely Telekom HU, Decathlon Hungary, Red Bull Hungary, EnniAkarok.hu, Design Terminal, and Appy HU. Key Lessons Learned from the Project: -Deepened understanding of the Hungarian NGO sector -First-hand experience in organizing an event, providing valuable insights into the overall process -Acquisition of skills in persuading sponsors to become event partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships -Effectively leading a team of ten individuals through the various challenges and triumphs -Proficiency in planning and managing live online video streaming -Successful execution of the entire process, from initial idea conception to final implementation

What did i learn (so far) -how to manage the daily life of a co-working office -importance of every job within a company -how to build an administrative system -the basics, of  building a library -the importance of asking every kind of people for feedback, to form the office in a way, that serves everyone's needs in our constantly growing organisation

BIG Co-Working Office administration

The objective of the project was to establish an online marketplace specifically designed for bakeries and confectionaries in response to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. These small businesses encountered difficulties in swiftly transitioning to the digital realm. To address this, we developed a website and implemented a logistical system to provide assistance. Key learnings from the project include: -Recognizing the significance of teamwork over individual efforts -Enhancing communication skills -Gaining insights into the unique challenges faced by small businesses -Acquiring fundamental knowledge of Facebook marketing, content creation, and user engagement strategies -Gaining comprehensive understanding of SEO practices -Developing proficiency in webpage creation using WordPress and various plugins -Acquiring substantial knowledge of CSS and web design principles -Enhancing time and project management abilities
