ScalePay is a B2B cross-border payments company that helps SMEs to trade globally with the goal of reducing their pain points & process inefficiencies. 

Key Activities : 
■ Market Research : ScalePay was working at the core intersection of FinTech and Export-Import operations industry. Understood the domestic & international EXIM market dyanimcs, existing competitors and their market share. 
■ Product Research: Analyzed various available domestic products, UI-UX, funnel, feature depth and pricing.
■ Product Design : Understood the conventional user journey map (i.e. onboarding process including doc verification). Proposed improvising it by 25% using OCR & dynamic PAN linking. 
■ Product Development : Took full ownership of visualizing the improvised user journey map into wire frames. Designed beginner level wireframes and later hired an UI-UX Intern to do the same.
