To ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. I contributed with project team leads to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Derived project planning, execution, and delivery while managing risks and dependencies. I used to coordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation. I tracked project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed. I participated in software design and development activities, including coding, testing, and debugging. I Lead by example through hands-on coding and technical contributions. Reviewed the code changes, provide feedback, and ensure code quality and scalability. I engaged with clients to understand their requirements
