Product Management: Managing key product operations, including Competitor Analysis, maintaining the Product Roadmap, Feature Prioritization, Product Discovery, QA, and soon, Analytics once Mixpanel is set up.

Product Design: Currently designing an enterprise-grade Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and building an automated hiring platform, from implementing new features to incorporating feedback while ensuring a smooth and accessible user experience. I also designed the company logo and laid foundations for branding. Recently shipped and orchestrated the development of the company’s new landing page.

Project Management: I lead daily scrum meetings with the dev team, handover new features, maintain JIRA, sprints, and product documentation, maintain backlog, prepare sprint reports, and keep the momentum going while keeping the stakeholders informed.

Led design amidst resource constraints, crafted the complete user experience for the company's pivot to staffing and recruitment industry, incorporating "MOPID".

Led product operations and revitalised the development process by addressing critical gaps.

Skilfully juggled multiple responsibilities, managed the agile product lifecycle from sprint planning and Jira ticket creation to sprint reports and retrospectives.

Singlehandedly composed and maintained the PRD (Product Requirements Document) and SOW (Statement of Work), while ensuring accurate versioning.
