Working on an onboarding solution to automate Grafana Cloud environments enrollment.

By leveraging Terraform, Grafana Cloud, and OpenTelemetry, I’m enabling engineering teams to auto-provision their entire observability stack—from folder hierarchies to custom rules—reducing onboarding time and standardizing telemetry ingestion across the org.

• Decision Support & Continuous Improvement: Performed advanced analysis of operational data (SQL / Athena) to identify trends, recurring anomalies, and optimization opportunities, contributing to a 50% increase in proactive service opportunities.

• Reporting & Governance: Developed management-focused Power BI dashboards (SLAs, lead times, bottlenecks), used by Services and Management teams to support decision-making.

• Measurable Operational Impact: Directly contributed to a 15% reduction in logistics lead times and a 10% reduction in installation lead times through intelligent use of field data.

• Service Performance Support: Designed performance data flows for network equipment, consolidating more than 60,000 operational indicators, providing reliable visibility into the service quality of client networks.
