Executing and managing multiple, simultaneous strategy engagements, including delivery of business models, value propositions, operating models, customer & employee journeys, personas, emphasizing the following:- Providing guidance throughout activities as an account team partner and subject matter specialist, owning the strategic direction of accounts, and application of process;- Establishing SOWs, timelines and commitments for each client, and all client work conducted under a broader business or strategic context, understanding the business context of the engagement.Designing and directing research methodologies, including leveraging the following expertise to uncover patterns and themes that lead to customer and market insights:- Business models and value propositions- Strategy process, frameworks, models and mindset- Quantitative and research acumen, especially usability testing and other methodologies specific to digital strategy.
