- Was an early employee (engineer number ~40) in Southeast Asia's biggest startup that serves more than 35 million customers processing more than 3 million orders per day.
- Worked in mobile platform team as a senior engineer and led projects to implement coding standards, testing and performance benchmarking.
- Led the mobile ride hailing app team and grew the team from 2 to 10 developers.
- Led the redesign + rewrite of the ride hailing app working in close collaboration with the design team to transform the look and feel of Gojek.
- Founded the UX engineering team to develop and standardise Gojek's design system across 20 different products. Grew the team from 2 to 15 engineers including a native Android team, iOS team and a Frontend Web team and served as Head of Engineering for UX Engineering.
- Guided architecture and decisions along with key senior engineers across different tech stacks addressing scalability, availability and performance.

- Founded the mobile engineering team with 2 college grads and mentored them.
- Built India's first mobile tax filing app with a lot of focus on design and UX to make the data input heavy tax filing process as seamless as possible on a mobile device.

- Worked on the popular Todoist app to help implement a new redesign based on material design.
- Implemented improvements to Todoist's natural language input processing engine.

- Built DeviantArt's first mobile app in a team of 4 engineers.
- Implemented various performance optimisations for a very image heavy app
